COSTCO FIT-OUT

After successfully constructing Costco’s brand new facility in Sunbury for developers GraftonGate , Winvic have now been awarded the contract to fit out the building. Selected after a two stage tender process, Costco have instructed works that will allow this £12.5m facility to be up and running by October 2015.

Wilson Bowden Developments have selected Winvic to construct two new distribution centres at their Optimus Point business park in Leicester. This £17m project will deliver nearly half a million square feet of Grade A industrial Space.

DC7 GRANGE PARK

Practical completion was successfully achieved at Prologis Grange Park. The high spec 341,000 sq ft building boasts excellent credentials, gaining a BREEAM rating of Excellent and an EPC score of A1. Winvic have now delivered 9.5m square feet of industrial space for Prologis, all on time and budget.

Plot 3 Coton Park, Rugby

A continued success at Coton Park, as Winvic deliver a second industrial building for developers Hampden Gate. The 100,000 sq ft distribution centre was handed over on time and within budget to a delighted client team.

As a result of the hard work and endeavours of all  involved in this prestigious project , the rarely achieved score of BREEAM outstanding has resulted in Winvic being shortlisted for a national BREEAM award.

Winnersh School Visit

Winvic invited children from The Willows Nursery to visit the site of a new 70,000 sq ft laboratory and office facility. The children decorated the hoardings around the development at Winnersh Triangle, near Reading, with safety inspired artwork and got to meet the construction industry’s national safety mascot, Ivor Goodsite.

Dukes Court Care Home, Wellingborough

On the site of a former pub, the Duke of York Wellingborough was demolished to make way for a brand new care facility. The 60 bedroom high specification project was completed on time and handed to Avery homes, the owner and operator.
