• Our ground solution involved a combination of techniques such as surcharging, stabilisation, dynamic compaction and hard rock piling to the building footprints.

• Fastrack construction was required to produce a fully serviced building for Bosch.  Ceiling baffles enabled the ESFR sprinkler installation required for early client access on 26 weeks.

• The Argos building, with 100 Dock Levellers to the elevations and a defined movement floor slab specification, allowed early access in 28 weeks and is a great example of precise big shed construction planning and delivery.
