The 253,000 sq ft 15M clear height distribution centre was originally speculative, however, the building was subject to substantial change to suit logistics occupier E. Pawson.
Our flexible approach ensured we could accommodate fitting out including structural loading dock alterations, hub office, loading canopy, racking and yard extension. All works were completed within the original timeframe.
