- Our brief for this 365,900 sq ft Distribution Centre, 12m clear height, was based around the fire strategy for the category of goods stored.
- Fire compartments were created using cold panels. Low level ceilings were installed throughout these areas to accommodate an ESFR sprinkler system.
- Stabilisation techniques were employed to the site plateau.
