From a standing start this 160,000 sq ft national Distribution Centre, was built using principals developed on the 1st ProShed, to allow the installation of a 32,000 sq ft freezer (-28˚C) within a fully watertight warehouse, just 9 weeks after the instruction to proceed.
The works included the full fit out of the warehouse, with an ESFR sprinkler installation, lighting, heating and racking. A fully operational, hi spec, 10,000 sq ft office block was also included in the works.
The project also included a gatehouse, fencing and all security measures and went operational 1 day after practical completion.
