The challenge on this project was to achieve a high quality end product from essentially a commercially based design solution. The scheme initially was significantly over budget at tender stage. Winvic were selected by the client as being the most proactive and able to achieve the client's financial constraints. The project comprised the delivery of five separate two storey buildings. Utilising a mixture of traditional masonry and steel frames to create the envelope, timber truss and tiled roofs completed the building fabric. Office finishes included comfort cooling Raised access floors and modular office partitions.
On completion, the client and tenants were delighted with the end product.
