As part of a 27,000ft² office development, Brampton House provides high specification office accommodation.The envelope cleverly combines terracotta rainscreen and flat panel cladding, with Brise Soleil over glazed areas. An open staircase is housed in a curtain walled entrance. A contemporary, spacious environment has been created and use of finishes such as oak, walnut, tiled surfaces and stainless steel. Fully fitted, the raised access floor contains Cat 5 data cabling, heating and cooling is provided by a VRV system. A media wall is installed in the boardroom. PIR’s used to turn lights on and off. Rainwater harvesting is incorporated within this building to facilitate the washrooms.
