NHBC, the National House Building Council are located in Milton Keynes. The project involved the conversion of an existing warehouse in to new office accommodation and conversion of the existing link building into conference and meeting room facilities. Additional works were required to the existing canteen, board rooms, and occupied offices.

Due to the number of permanent office based staff and the high turnover of visitors using the training and conference facilities, the scheme required well signed and managed procedures.

To achieve this we worked very closely with the client to identify both parties requirements for the construction and delivery of the project.
