As part of a 19m development, over 70,000ft2 of high specification office space was constructed. The space is split over four floors and includes an array of incubation units and specialist facilities bespoke to Teva Pharmaceuticals. Specialist finishing was required throughout the facility. A rain screen system was utilised to create the feature wall to the reception atrium area which features both inside and outside to building. High specification balustrade and multi tiered bulkheads compliment the inner atrium.
