Two separate industrial projects were constructed under one lump sum JCT2005 design & construct contract.

Over 500,000ft² of industrial space was constructed between the two buildings.

The site area needed significant ground engineering to render the plots usable.

The client required a BREEAM Excellent rating which was achieved by energy consumption reductions, increased insulation thicknesses and an actual air leakage of 1.18m³ / hr.
