Reclamation and remediation of a former service station, truck stop and brownfield industrial wasteland. On completion, the site will provide new infrastructure and development plots for industrial and distribution buildings. As part of this scheme Winvic were contracted to build 3 units totalling 125,000ft2 of industrial space with a further 11,000ft2 of integral office space.
