The regeneration and redevelopment of the former colliery and coke making plant has lead to our substantial build programme, with occupiers who include:

Ground treatments have included engineered fills, stabilisation techniques, dynamic compaction and vibro store columns.
Continuous improvement has been made to the build process throughout the development, as well as programme gains. Varied fit out requirements have been accommodated.
