200,000ft² New Sorting Hall including high level services to warehouse for Royal Mail located at Western end of Swan Valley Industrial Park, Northampton.

The  Base Build and enhanced works included:

• 2,000ft² mail sorting office.
• Clear internal building dimensions to main sorting cell; 143,000mm x 112,500mm;
• Solar Walls
• Rainwater harvesting
• Biomass boiler
• Refusal lane for heavy goods vehicles;
• Single lane one-way circulation lane
• Minimum service yard depth to both yards of 34,000mm, including vehicle manoeuvring lane;
• 25m HGV turning circle to both yards;
• 7m wide site circulation road between service yards
• 50 Parking spaces for 7.5t rigid vehicles located in the despatch yard;
• Fuels island to despatch yard;
• Vehicle wash to despatch yard
• 350 Car parking spaces
