A demanding client brief for Cadbury Schweppes required an impressive fully fitted facility on contract completion.

Chilled and ambient chambers with 43332 pallet spaces are serviced by jet nozzle systems supported by banks of chillers and AHU’s controlled by a sophisticated building management system. Sprinklers are both in-rack and roof level. Our earthworks solutions, to an exacting engineered specification and monitoring regime, insured surcharging was not required. As well as substantial cost savings it allowed the client’s critical programme requirements to be met.
