The building is a 700,000ft² distribution facility for Argos-Wincanton. It is 16m to haunch, with over 40,000ft² of general and hub office, Each fully fitted to a bespoke specification. 100No dock levellers, designed specifically to accommodate diverse range transportation from all over the continent.

The base enhanced fit out  allowed early access in 28 weeks and is a great example of precise big shed construction planning and delivery.
