The construction of two retail units totalling 20,000ft2 at Cairngorm Gate, Winterhill, Milton Keynes.

Comprising of a steel frame clad externally with Brickwork, Metal Sheet Cladding and Curtain Walling.

Internally, there will be a concrete slab and a cold panel dividing wall. The Electrical works consists only of external lighting.

Externally there will be a concrete service yard and the external works will consist of:

• Landscaping
• Block paving
• Tarmac
• Fencing

This project has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating on completion.
