Decisions to use forms of modern construction are based on overall cost savings, programme savings, quality enhancements, compliance with Employers Requirements, buildability efficiencies and sustainable construction agendas.

On a typical industrial or commercial building we aim to use the following technologies and forms of construction to decrease our site programmes, improve the consistency of a quality end product, improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
