BREEAM Excellent has been achieved at six of our recent projects. All three developments were contracted to provide BREEAM Very Good. Winvic’s commitment to innovation in sustainable construction has enabled our clients’ expectations to be exceeded. We are also currently working on our first BREEAM Outstanding project, the SusCon Academy in Dartford.

We are regularly achieving air test results below 1.8m³/s/hr and have recently achieved 1.14m³/s/hr on a completed project.
The experience of our design managers, who are also qualified in Standard Building Energy Model (SBEM) assessments, enhances our ability to achieve excellent results.
