Secured in competition, Goodman Developments have awarded the contract to deliver two speculative build distribution centres to Winvic. Building ‘A’ is 281,000 sq ft with a haunch height of 15 m whilst building ‘B’ is 153,000 sq ft and 12 m to haunch – the scheme has a project value of £16m.
