At Sideway, Stoke on Trent, a former colliery site, we have been engaged by ProLogis to turn their long held vision into reality.Sideway is a showcase project, which will become an icon for Sustainable Industrial Development throughout the world.  Its buildings (two distribution warehouse of 315,000 sq ft and 210,000 sq ft along with 105,000 sq ft of small industrial units) are designed for maximum energy saving and the landscape will be sensitively shaped to preserve, enhance and create new habitats. The scheme uses the latest environmental intelligence to make the greatest gains.
