Winvic have been appointed by LXB Retail Properties to deliver a brand new retail and leisure development. The scheme, sited adjacent the A45 in Rushden, will have nearly 380,000 sq.ft of shops which include well-known retailers.
Waterfront restaurants and boathouse sit upon a bespoke Boardwalk that will provide a unique dining and leisure experience . Work commences on site later this month.
