Spanning a five-year period, Winvic have been contracted by Roxhill to deliver many different aspects of the scheme, on and off site, with considerable emphasis on providing infrastructure and earthworks to service the build programme.

In addition to the nine warehouse and distribution units ranging from 145,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft, we undertook the infrastructure and earthworks for the majority of plots as well as highways improvements and ground enabling preparation works for a residential development which which was constructed to the south of the park.
A crucial element of this multiple phase project has been our collaboration with the developers to meet specific, and sometimes rapidly evolving, site requirements, while also carrying out work to protect an adjoining Specialist Area of Conservation.
