Blog: Peter – My Year in Industry as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Posted on July 11, 2019 in A year in industry – 2018/2019 cohort

We first caught up with Peter last Autumn as he embarked on his year in industry placement at Winvic as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Peter is an aspiring Quantity Surveyor who is studying for a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at Nottingham Trent University.

As he approaches the end of his placement year, we caught up with Peter again to find out about his experiences over the last 10 months. Watch his video blog to find out about the responsibilities he’s been given working on two projects and his thoughts about his future career in construction.
