WINVIC AND PARTNERS HUB – BEDS, SHEDS AND THE ROAD AHEAD
Thank you to everyone who visited the Winvic and Partners Hub at UKREiiF 2026. The pavilion served as a place for thought leadership and dynamic industry collaboration, with engaging panel discussions and interactive sessions addressing the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the construction industry.
During the event, we officially launched a major new ESG whitepaper , calling for stronger regulatory alignment to support the delivery of net zero carbon aligned buildings across the UK built environment.
Over the course of the event, our hub became a focal point for thought leadership on key themes such as Net Zero, ESG, sustainability, social value, BTR and the housing crisis, what makes good development in the Industrial & Logistics sector, and what determines Data Centre viability.
We were delighted to be joined by our partners, Ridge, UMC Architects, Maber, and M1 Agency, alongside a diverse mix of industry and government representatives. We’re grateful for the valuable connections made, the insights shared, and the momentum gained.

Watch our Panel Sessions
From Alignment to Action: BTR One Year On
A year after challenging the sector to collaborate earlier and build trust, this session explores what has changed in the last 12 months. Bringing together leading voices from across investment, development and construction, the panel examines where alignment has driven progress, where barriers remain, and how shared intent can be turned into meaningful, scalable action.
Smithfield is set to transform the heart of Birmingham. Join this panel, hosted by Ridge and Partners, with guest panellists including Selina Mason of Lendlease, to explore how the project is shaping a place that delivers real community benefit, high quality design and long-term economic growth through collaborative and forward-looking partnerships.
Prologis – Job, Growth and Place: Connecting People with Opportunity
Access to labour for out-of-town employers remains a challenge, restricting growth & limiting job opportunities. This session will explore how data-driven commuting insights can shape strategic locations, inform transport investment and strengthen economic and social outcomes, enabling collaboration to connect businesses with talent and unlock growth.
Invest Warwickshire – What Makes ‘Good Development’?: Working in Partnership to Deliver Better Space
This panel explores how good development goes far beyond bricks, budgets and build programmes. The discussion will challenge partners to think more holistically about value creation, and reframe good development as a shared endeavour that delivers better spaces, stronger returns and more resilient communities.
Beyond Power: What Determines Data Centre Viability
As demand for digital infrastructure surges, this session examines the critical factors that determine data centre viability beyond power – from supply chain resilience and planning challenges to skills, sustainability and infrastructure readiness. We explore how informed collaboration across the supply chain can unlock deliverability, reduce risk and shape future ready data centre growth across the UK.
Fusion21 – Beyond Faster Decisions: Planning Reform, Partnership and Social Value
Planning reform aims to accelerate delivery, but speed alone doesn’t create successful places. This session explores how social value and partnership working can turn policy ambitions into long-term, place-based outcomes and build community confidence through collaboration, early engagement and shared objectives.
UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standards (UKNZCBS) – Industry Whitepaper Launch
This session focuses on practical ways to decarbonise construction materials, focusing on how carbon capture technology is reducing cement and concrete’s carbon footprint to near zero, supported by a growing global network of carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects, and how carbon data is being reported for transparent construction. We’ll bring together experts from across the supply chain to show how lower carbon construction is achievable today.
Step up for children in Leeds – Golden Wellies Campaign
At UKREiiF, we’re stepping up for children in Leeds by supporting Leeds Children’s Charity through our Golden Wellies Campaign.
Based at Lineham Farm, the charity provides disadvantaged children with safe, memorable breaks filled with adventure, learning and fun – offering a much‑needed escape from difficult circumstances and the chance to simply enjoy being children.
There’s still time to contribute online here and help make a real difference for children who need it most.
