Appointed by Clowes Developments UK to construct a 249,500 sq ft bespoke distribution facility for healthcare logistics specialist Alloga UK Ltd at Castlewood Business Park, Nottinghamshire.

Construction started in June 2018 with a 47 week build programme. This is the second project Winvic have delivered for client Clowes at Castlewood having previously built Alloga’s 209,000 sq ft single storey warehouse in 2014.
