Located on a 13.1 acre site in Castleford, the single storey, BREEAM Very Good warehouse has a 15m haunch height, 13,000 sq ft two storey office and 262,000 sq ft external yard.

The 42-week programme required close co-ordination with the previous landowner due to the interface with access roads and incoming service.
