Winvic were appointed by London Metric Properties to design and construct a 134,000 sq ft industrial / storage and distribution unit with 6,500 sq ft integral office accommodation for end-user Michelin Tyres.

Winvic also carried out the prior demolition works to the existing Michelin Tyres factory. The 52 week programme for demolition and asbestos removal comprised:
- 75,000 tonnes of materials recycled
- 7,100 tonnes of metals removed from site and recycled
- 795 tonnes of bonded and fibrous
- All aggregate materials crushed and reused on site
The project also includes:
- Vibro piling ground improvement to the footprint and foundations
- 37 HGV tractor / trailer parking bays
- 130 car parking spaces
