Appointed by IM Properties, Winvic has been contracted to develop a new 24-storey, PRS residential complex located in Cardiff’s Capital Quarter Development.

This scheme is being constructed on a very tight site – 1500mm from façade to sight boundary and will comprise 307 high quality apartments consisting of a mixture of one-bed, two-bed and studio apartments. In addition, the scheme will also feature commercial units on the ground floor and a rooftop sky lounge and terrace set back from the main façade, providing an oasis from city life where residents can dine and socialise.

The works involve piling operations, associated ground works, reinforced concrete frame, façade / envelope installation, associated fit out works inclusive of mechanical and electrical installations.

Once complete the project will deliver high quality PRS accommodation in the heart of Cardiff’s City centre, with views across the city and the waterfront.
