Winvic’s experience in constructing extremely high-quality Build-to-Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation schemes meant that we were well placed to deliver our first hotel contract in 2020, Hotel La Tour, Milton Keynes, for privately owned company Hotel La Tour. We undertook enabling, construction and complete fit-out works, with high-quality furniture installed in all bedrooms and other areas.
