Currently Winvic employs over 400 members of staff in a wide range of roles, based out on sites, in our Northamptonshire head office and in jobs that require a mix of both.

There are nearly always gap-year students learning their craft with us, we guide graduates, people are always moving up the ranks or training in new areas, and our most experienced employee has over 40 years in the industry.
