  • East of England ‐ £15m to £30m

Schools, colleges, universities, NHS bodies, leisure providers, libraries, museums, emergency services, local authorities, MoD, housing associations, health and social care and charities can utilise the Framework to deliver their projects. Winvic and other appointed contractors will also deliver activities that will add long-lasting value to the communities where schemes are being delivered and create additional social benefit.

Rob Cook, Winvic’s Director of Civils and Infrastructure, said: “Our appointment on the Procure Partnerships Framework is testament to the capabilities and passion of the whole Winvic team, from infrastructure delivery to social value. We are delighted Procure Partnerships has chosen to put their trust in Winvic to deliver Infrastructure projects in the East Midlands and East of England over the next four years.

Winvic is customer focussed and shares the Framework’s principles of delivering projects skilfully, safely and cost effectively to clients. Plus, with our long-standing commitments to social value, sustainability and innovation, we’re well placed to drive forward-thinking programmes, environmentally focused and Net Zero schemes and social value strategies that really make a difference to local people. We look forward to commencing in November and being awarded our first project under the Framework.”

Procure Partnerships has been operating and delivering a successful national contractor Framework across England for the past four years, supporting the delivery of over 150 projects year on year.

Robbie Blackhurst, Framework Director at Procure Partnerships, said: “With over £1bn projects delivered across the UK year on year, our national presence – as well as our extensive experience in both procurement and technical project delivery – means we can always move quickly to meet the needs of our clients. The next iteration of the framework will see an added 3 disciplines; Decarbonisation and Retrofit, Demolition and Site Preparation, and Infrastructure with specialist contractors assigned to each.

We have expanded our portfolio to cater to the growing needs of the industry whilst ensuring clients have access to the right contractors for their projects, whether that be regional small to medium-sized enterprises, or larger national delivery contractors. The new iteration of the framework is set to transform public procurement and we look forward to seeing what our contractor partners achieve over the next four years.”
