Winvic Construction Ltd has confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo and is set to take place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds.

Winvic Construction, established in 2001, is a prominent main contractor specialising in the design and delivery of private and public sector construction and civil engineering projects. Recognised as the UK’s foremost ‘shed specialist’, they excel in designing, building, and fitting out industrial, commercial, and multi-room projects and the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and complex civil projects.

Additionally, Winvic is renowned for its expertise in specialist sustainable builds. With 14 Net Zero projects already under its belt, and another 10 underway, Winvic’s reputation for impeccable green processes and the delivery of low and Net Zero carbon in construction schemes that are line with the UKGBC Framework has grown.

Winvic Construction has taken a centre stage spot at The UKREiiF event on Wednesday 22nd May in the Industry in Focus Pavilion, for a bespoke session. UKREiiF is expected to attract over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers and local authorities, all of whom will be looking at the UKREiiF programme to attend sessions and take part in insightful conversations.

Speaking of their involvement, Arun Thaneja, Sustainability and Technical Services Director said: “Winvic aims to raise the bar for delivering sustainable buildings and assets, whilst leaving a lasting positive, social, environmental, and economic legacy. As a business, we’re proud of the progress we’re making towards becoming a Net Zero business by 2025. Therefore, we’re excited to join UKREiiF as an Industry in Focus partner for 2024. We hope our session will provide a valuable forum to delve into how we can tackle the challenges around embodied carbon data and accurate Whole Life Cycle Assessments to help progress the industry’s journey towards a Net Zero future.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to announce that Winvic will be joining us at the third annual UKREiiF event. Their position as the UK’s foremost ‘shed specialist’ and expertise in large-scale infrastructure, innovative construction methodologies, and commitment to sustainable builds perfectly aligns with the ethos of our event. We believe their presence will enrich the conversations, provide invaluable insights, and inspire attendees from diverse sectors. We’re pleased to have Winvic Construction on board, contributing to the dialogue that shapes the future of real estate and infrastructure in the UK.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
