All our sites are open and operational. Workforce numbers have strengthened throughout the Covid-19 response and the opening of hotels and accommodation should further aid workforce attendance over the forthcoming period. Local lockdowns as designated by UK Government i.e. Leicester will impact individual site operations and may affect the supply chain and deliveries to the local area.
All our projects have site-specific operating procedures in place linked to our Winvic Site Operating Procedures (SOP) which can be found here. We continue to assess each project individually and engage with the supply chain to consider guidelines for working practices. Our HSEQ team regularly visits all our projects and when meeting the requirements, they are issued with a Covid-19 secure poster to be displayed in the workplace.
Our head office in Northampton and satellite offices are operating with a reduced skeleton team to facilitate our day to day activities. Non-essential meetings and visits are not permitted. Covid-19 secure procedures are in place and again reviewed with our HSEQ team. Many of our offsite teams and office staff continue to work from home.
The impact on our supply chain continues to be varied, impacted not just by restrictions in the UK, but elsewhere in the global supply chain.
