Winvic Construction Ltd has secured 13 Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards.
The accolades recognise Winvic’s ongoing contribution to improving the image of the construction industry and operating to the highest professional standards. Its sites create a positive, meaningful impact in communities, are respectful of the public, the workforce, and the environment, and represent the pinnacle of considerate construction, setting the benchmark for others to follow.
Sites are awarded with a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award depending on how its performance has excelled against the CCS Code of Considerate Practice.
Winvic achieved a Gold, five Silver and seven Bronze Awards for projects delivered on behalf of clients Invesco, Prologis, SEGRO, Crown Student Living, Moda, Tritax Big Box, Edmond De Rothschild, Panattoni, Indurent, Madison Cairn, and The Range.
The Holloway, a 451-apartment Build-To-Rent (BTR) scheme in Birmingham, scooped the Gold having earned extra innovation points on every CCS site visit, with the latest innovation including the use of robots to reduce exposure of dust.
Projects winning Silver include Phase Two of Prologis Park Beddington in Croydon, SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway Intermodal Terminal, Crown Place Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Loudon’s Yard BTR in Birmingham, and Tritax Park in Oxford.

Ian Goodhead, Winvic’s Group HSEQ Director commented “Being awarded an incredible thirteen CCS Awards is testament to the emphasis we place on being considerate to the community, general public and environment, as well as ensuring our staff welfare, facilities and training opportunities are of high quality, providing best-in-class working conditions for our entire workforce. Receiving best practice points for innovation further demonstrates how our teams are continuing to raise the bar and leading by example across the industry.
“Leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which we live and work has been part of our Doing It Right ethos and The Winvic Way values since day one, and has become inherent in the way we deliver our projects. We are proud to have this recognised nationally through these awards year after year.”
